3. For costumes with elastic waistband or adjustable fitting, please also allow a 0.5 - 1 Inch (2-3 CM) variation between when fully stretch.

Absolutely love this piece!! It was exactly as described and pictured and fit perfect to the measurements I sent in. I loved it so much that I ordered a belle costume too!?

The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because of the sleeves.

The only reason I'm not giving this five stars is because of the sleeves. In the picture they look puffy and fluffed out but in reality, they come with these mini-hoops that make them stick straight up or at funny angles. Honestly, they look pretty stupid. The good news is I was able to get them out pretty easily using a seam ripper and then just sewing the sleeves back up. Once out, the dress is perfect! It fits my body beautifully and is not too heavy or too light! The bodice piece is beautiful and the skirt is big and full! Honestly, it is worthy of the Disney parks in my opinion (asides from the sleeves). One other thing, if you buy this, make sure to get your own big hoop skirt as the one that comes with the dress is too small and hardly has any body. All in all, once the sleeves are taken care of and a bigger hoop is obtained, this is a real quality dress!
