Beautiful Cosplay

Ordered a custom size for this Ariel dress as I am outside regular online size charts (AU 18/20). Most online cosplay stores don’t offer such a large or custom size and I was crying with joy when Cosrea did. They made this perfectly to the measurements given and discussed it with me via email to make sure everything was right.

The dress is gorgeous and has lovely sparkling sequins under the first layer (reminds me of shimmering scales). The colour is exactly what I was after (a green teal), which does look a little more light blue in the light. The gown is comfortable and lightweight to wear. The dress is made up of 3 layers of fabric and then the skirt overlay is 2 layers sewn together. I asked to not have the purple gem attached as I added my own shell brooch, which they accommodated for. Definitely worth buying if you are after an Ariel gown of this design.

I gave a few extra centimetres to each measurement to be safe. Which in the most part was perfect. The top area on the back of the dress was a little large and the sleeves were a bit wide but they were easy enough to run in. It is better to have a little big then too small. The outfit came with a hoop skirt. We added extra tulle to the hoop skirt to hide the rings. And brought in the hoops to give a more A line shape then a puffy ballgown, but that is just for my personal preference it was still good as it was.

The gown arrived in about a month after placing the order, way before my requested date. Which greatly surprised me as it was custom made.

Looking forward to wearing this to many volunteer events.

This dress is really gorgeous and well made! Customer service was very nice and made sure to accommodate my needs. If you are looking for a more sequin look for your Ariel cosplay, definitely go for this dress!

Beautiful materials used and better quality than expected! Received in 5 weeks from order date - very impressive! The only reason this isn’t a 5 Star review is that fit of the custom order is still a bit loose in the arms and bust but with the right tweaking it will look alright.

Very nice dress!

Very nice dress! Skirt is especially well made. It feels very big without feeling particularly heavy. Fit pretty well for the most part, though the dress did come a tiny bit too big, even though I had it custom made. After wearing it just one time, a few pearls came off the bodice. But overall, it is a great product at a very competent price! Love the dress and can't wait to wear it again!
